Welcome

Hi everyone-
I wanted to start a blog site for everyone to view my most recent cakes that I have done.  All cakes were different flavors and made with butter cream or cream cheese icing.  I have also ventured out into creating cherry, strawberry and lemon flavored icings.  It sure does add a different twist to your traditional cake! 

I finished a Wilton cake decorating class, and here are the cakes that I have made for family and friends.

I also just ventured out into working with Wilton candy melts and making designs. I used them on the most recent cake I made. Take a look at the Hot Wheel/Nascar cake under the Birthday Cake page. The race cars on the side of the cake were made with the candy melts.
I think I might have discovered a new way to decorate cakes!  Loving the Candy Melts!
